Bolsenatravel.com invites you to an Astronomical Event at the Astronomical Observatory of Monte Rufeno: lacrime di San Lorenzo. At this event you can enjoy the grandiose spectacle of the shooting stars on the night sky above the mountain. The Astronomical Event will take place between August 9th – August 14th, 2025.

The meeting will be at 19 o’clock at the Astronomical Observatory on Monte Rufeno. You need to start the hiking on the mountain to the Observatory from the center of Aquapendente at 18:20.

Please make sure you have comfortable shoes, bottled water, the dinner in your bag and a lantern to travel back during the night.

The event will start with the observation of the Sun at the telescope, followed by a journey in the Solar System.

Will follow: a conference in the multimedia room, a lesson at the Planetarium and many evening observations at the telescope and at the microscope.
